Social Bookmarking and its benefits and consequences. What are the best social marking sites. Some of the ones I have used such as jots and shadows etc have been so badly spammed that all listings became a waste of time and effort and because of this all my hard work in listing has been for nothing.

Look for Authority Blackbook, it's free. It's a great reccource guide for Web 2.0.
