Looks pretty good for a free opt in thing to enlarge your list. I recommend changing the head line. It is too jumbled and large. Maybe shorten it up a bit. Mess around with the headline and check your CTR for your Opt in. Keep on split testing it until you find the right head line. Then work on split testing the rest. But in general the head line needs work.

Maybe add a little sample to show them what they are getting before they opt in. More info on what they will be learning for free.

To add a little to what rocker said; maybe put a little less in the title and more in the body. At first glance the empty space sort of caught my eye. Maybe a quick paragraph to give a little explanation in addition to the list.
