View Full Version : Quick Money In Affiliate Marketing

Few ways 2 make quick money on affiliate marketing using Pay Per Click (PPC) Marketing
1- Create a site. If you don’t know how to, well, get someone to do it for you. It’s not that hard.So buy a domain, get a cheap hosting account for it, toss up a WordPress blog and theme (takes the hassle out of creating a site), and you’re in business.
2- Depending on what your domain theme is, if it has one, make the site around an affiliate marketing offer. It can be a product, a service, doesn’t really matter which. just pick something! There are no bad ideas or good ideas, everything can work in it’s own right if done correctly. If you are being lazy and need me to pick one for you, then choose a product that is cheap for the end user and serves some type of beneficial purpose. Ad networks have a billion offers, I’m sure you can find one. But try and keep out of finance/mortgage and ringtones for now, because those take lots of research, time and cash.
3- Great, you have your product picked out, now make a blog post about it. If you don’t know all that much about it, do some quick research on Wikipedia or Google. It’s also a good idea to put a banner up or a full page ad for it if you aren’t going to write a blog post about it. Either way, make sure the theme of the blog is about the product you are promoting. Maybe make the color scheme the same as the page where the user will buy something or fill out the lead.
4- So let’s assume you have your domain, host, blog with the offer all setup. Alright, so now comes traffic, the fun part! Let’s use Google Adwords and MSN AdCenter for it. Take $100 and deposit it into each of the accounts. You probably won’t use all of it, but it’s good to have it in there. With Adsense we can begin right away, but with MSN you may have to wait 24 hours or so until their slow asses get to approving the account.
5- Time for some keyword research. Before you start to use every keyword tool under the sun, let’s do a bit of manual work. First go and look at the advertiser’s page and pull keywords off there by hand. We want to focus on something called LONG TAIL KEYWORDS. We don’t want the one or two word keywords because they are very general, expensive, and usually being looked at for research purposes and don’t have many “buy now” people using them.
6- So you have some general and longtail keywords. Fantastic. What you should do first is get a nice long list of longtail keywords of what you think people are using when they are in “buying mode” when searching on the engines for your product. So if the product is some kind of insole for a shoe, your keywords would be: buy shoe insole, cheap insole for shoes, doctor recommended shoe insole. Those are pretty good, and sure, they are nowhere near as robust as something like “shoe insole” or “shoe pad” but they are more likely to be in buying mode than researching mode.
7- We have our keywords, the site, the domain, the product. Wonderful, now on to getting some traffic finally! Take those groups of keywords and make one primary campaign for them in AdWords and the sub-campaigns for them based on which keyword theme they are.
8- Once you’re done with all of the above do something very important now.. Change the keywords so they are all EXACT and PHRASE matches. You can even go as far as to create seperate ad groups if you really want to, but sometimes that’s just overkill and may also screw up your other campaigns for good keywords.
So there you have it. A blog post of value, quality and meaning. Will it make you millions? I doubt it. But be realistic, you need to try things out and learn them for yourself before you can pass judgement on it or decide it’s “too hard”, because this is not hard at all. This is easy shit compared to any job offline that you may have had to do for a paycheck. So quit sitting on your ass and reading this, and go out and do something about it! The rest is up to you.All the best.
Best Regards,
Shuvayu

Very general but a good post. Definetely the basics for making some quick money. IMO, you could probably get away with only $50 in adwords to start, or buy a few hundred dollar voucher for $50 and use that.

If you are on a tight budget, try these Free methods:
Build lenses at Squidoo.com. Use at least 4 modules with 1 being an rss feed.
Post short affiliate articles on USFreeads.com.
Use free traffic exchanges like TrafficSwarm.com and TS25.com.
Write and submit affiliate articles to Go Articles.com.
Try posting with a safelist such as BusinessWorldlist.com.
Create an account at Blogger.com and create blogs with affiliate links and Adsense ads. Link them together, "ping" or announce them at PingoMatic.com and list them on a directory such as LsBlogs.com.
Add your affiliate link to your signature and make helpful, related posts in forums like this one. :)

Craig's list can be tricky. Make sure you use a landing page to promote your affliate. Don't post you affliate link, even the shorter link, or you will get your ad removed.

Actually sir you are wrong. There are many ways to make quick easy income that you can keep using for a full time income working part time! However, it depends on where you look and unfortunately 96 % of them are scams!

The best way IMO to make $$$ is offering the right product to your traffic ;) Even if you have a killer ad campaign (like PPC), it won't get you any conversion unless your products are enticing enough.

CJ,

Squidoo sets up their lenses using modules. You must use a minimum of 4 to keep your lens open. A module is like a section with each one having it's own header or Title. Your first module is the introduction. In the introduction you want to try to have 3 of your keywords (try to have your url and title the same keywords) in the first paragraph and "bold" the keywords. This would be the beginning of your article. Your article would then be broken up into "text/write" modules.
To add more modules, from you lens page click on "edit lens" which can be found at the top right of the page. This will take you to your back office, or workshop as it is called, to edit your lens. At the top of the page you will see an orange radio button that says "Add module".
When you get to your "Module Picker" page, you have many options to use for your modules, and this is where you would find your "text/write" and your "RSS feed" modules.
You will find your "RSS feed" listed under "Add Unique Content". I usually add the RSS feed at the very end of the lens, after the guestbook, which you do want to keep on the lens. Both of these modules are important to have as they help to create back links for search spiders, but you want visitors to pay attention to what you are selling, and not diverting their attention to the feed.
You have lots of options to use so have fun and unloose your creativity!

Just a wee bit of advice. Since you are not making $100,000 a year and are asking advice about learning how to use the different platforms to make money, I wouldn't be using the signature link that you are using. It destroys your credibility and if no one believes, or trusts, that you are actually making that kind of money, then no one will click your link or buy your product.

If you're going to use ppc, it is important that you find keywords that are in demand and are not swarming with competition. For better instructions check out my blog. I have a whole article on how to do this.

I don't believe PPC is good to recommend to someone who is new to IM. It's not nearly as easy as the headlines make it sound. You can't just put up an ad and automatically start making money.
* The ad has to jump out and grab the surfers attention
* A landing page should be used rather than the ad pointing straight to the affiliate page
* The landing page has to convince the visitor to give you his name and email addresss even though he doesn't know you
* The rest of your system has to be such that you get enough conversions to make a profit
All of these things take knowlege and skill. Many years ago, when I was brand new, I tried Adwords. I didn't really know what I was doing and spent over $200 in less than two days, with nothing to show for it.
Now, in the last month, I've just started using Adwords again, and it's not easy, even after all these years.
I would tell any newbie to save the PPC for later, and concentrate on free traffic generation. It's a lot of work, but in the end they'll learn what they need to learn and won't go broke in the meantime.

This seems to be useful information. i will definitely spend some time understanding it and researching it. But one thing i am skeptical is about the quick money. i feel the best way t make money online is through affiliate marketing and the safest avenue. Though it makes money slowly you are sure to make money unlike some scams

I think building a web site takes time and to build a site of your own there is some knowledge needed of coding and letting a coder build the site it will cost the affiliate money. There is a research needed to find a niche. To save money, time and effort the solution is a free pre written site. These sites are build by the affiliate network and the site are easy to navigate and looks really professional. It is better to invest in pay per click advertising than building an affiliate site. When building an affiliate site there must be a list of keywords gathered to optimize the site. Then implementing the codes of the affiliate links is really a time consuming task. I think it is not easy as you think. I think memebers of this site know that making money as an affiliate is real risky if they are not aware of pay per click part of the business. Thanks for sharing.

There are several ways to earn money from your website. Affiliate marketing is the quickest way to earn money. You can market and promote products and services that you strongly believe in. This is one of the best strategies to earn fast money. When you sincerely believe in what you promote, you not only convince or persuade the target traffic to patronize them but you also have that sense of fulfillment knowing that you are able to provide solutions to your market.

Thank you for sharing the informative post.
Affiliate internet marketing is the easiest and best way to make money online without having your own products or services. Affiliate internet marketing is the business of promoting other people and businesses products and services and receiving a commission in return for your efforts.
Affiliate internet marketing will keep on growing as the affiliate programs are spreading globally. Affiliates make money by referring customers to their merchants. This marketing has its ups and downs but the bulk of those involved know that it is worth it.

Pay Per Click is great, but not if you are newbie without much cash to start with.
Remember RELEVANCE with your keywords.
For EG, if you use TWITTER as a means to advertise your hoplinks make sure your twitter page is relevant to the site.
Another tip you could utitilise is to set up ADSENSE with your blog or website and you earn that way too.
Goodluck all.

I am not totally agreed with that approach, it still much of a conventional approach just like the "Guru's" started with us in the past, especially in the areas of traffic generation.
For a starter in online business, if you approach your campain through ppc, you will loose money-this is not a joke, you will loose plenty of money. it is not always right to approach your campains from that channel as a beginner.
If you want a simplar ways of marketing, while don't you get my free report on traffic generation or better still get the full advanced version at:
